Is it possible to install mod_python 3.5.0 on windows?

Has anyone tried installing mod_python 3.5.0 for Apache on windows?
By googling, I could only find the installation order on * nix, but, alas, there is a need to install on Windows. And it is 3.5.0, because. only it has support for python3.*
On github, this entry:
HELP NEEDED! I do not have access to a Windows development environment. If you get a Windows compile working, please create a pull request or drop a note on the mod_python mailing list: [email protected] (Note: subscription required).
Perhaps, somebody faced and consulted?
Thanks in advance for your help

Unlikely. None of the popular modules has official support under Windows - a common practice, the axis is painfully unpopular. A colleague seemed to be perverted with mod_wsgi - it worked, look in his direction.
