Is it possible to install Debian without a monitor?

I have a computer that I would like to use as a media server at home (under the bed).
Is there any option to install debian on it having its intranet ip address without connecting a monitor?
In the absence of an OS, are there any options for connecting via ip to run any basic commands?
I also think that if I insert a USB flash drive, then the live version will be loaded, with such a download, is it possible to somehow connect to it from another computer to start the installation?
