Why does 1C not see the database unloaded from dt?

Good day!
Made migration 1C+Windows -> 1C+Linux.
I unloaded the database into a *.dt file, created the database on the debian host and immediately deployed it from the dt file:
[ INFO] Creating infobase...
[ INFO] Infobase created.
[ INFO] Importing infobase...
[ INFO] Infobase imported

on a Windows host 1C worked in conjunction with MSSQL and on a Linux host 1C + Postgres 1C pro
, when starting a thin client / web muzzle, 1C starts up but does not see either the database or users. In the postgres config, I allowed connections from external ip. Put PGAdmin, it displays tables i.e. there is a connection with
the database But 1C does not see the base. Where to dig, tell me please?
