Is it possible to install a template for WP without additional programming?

There is such a template: themeforest.net/item/javo-directory-wordpress-them...
I want to buy it and install it on my hosting under WP. The template has all the functionality that I need, but the question is: will the programmer need to do anything extra with the template? Well, I don’t know how to remake it, etc., or do such templates already have ready-made programmed functionality and you just need to roll it onto the CMS?

templates are made for installation by an unprepared user by default
, but customization, and other additions - may be incompatible without programmer intervention
there are also a lot of comments and support from the authors - ask

In modern templates, everything is thought out. Minimum user intervention. Everything can be changed in the theme settings.
