Is it possible to install 2 x 115W processors in 1U without overheating?

I'm planning to buy a 1U Supermicro server platform. I plan to put 2 Opteron 6300 series processors there (12 or 16 cores each).
The question is - does anyone have such an experience and how are things going with overheating?
