Is it possible to insert an updated advertising banner into 1s enterprise?

Good day.
Everyone has seen advertising banners on sites, some of them are interactive , in some you can organize constant updating of information .. pull up some line from the database .
Then is it possible, for example, in 1C Enterprise to implement something similar so that the user working in the system can see a small, unobtrusive area of advertising?
This is of course a perversion, but we are talking about the technical capabilities of the product)
If this is real, please describe the methods.
Thanks in advance.

Which of the 1C products?
If we are talking about the latest version of the platform (8.3), then we are talking about the normal or managed forms mode? Does development take place on configurations based on standard ones, using BSP or in self-records? Depending on the answers to these questions, the implementation of the "banner" will be different.
The banner itself can be made as a picture (the picture field has a click handler that can be used to do something useful) or as a field of an HTML document where you can already load anything (in IE6 compatibility mode).
In standard forms on ordinary forms, at the start, windows pop up with advertisements for courses, new products, and so on - you can display your own instead of the standard one or make another window. Even in standard forms on ordinary forms there is often a desktop that does not close (Accounting, ZUP, TORs from Rarus) and on which you can place your banner without the user being able to close it. As an option, you can make a dockable window with a banner, which can be attached to the top or bottom of the workspace.
In typical managed forms, banners with advertisements are displayed in the workspace. Since people run through the sections and do their job and quickly forget about the existence of advertising, it was invented to periodically display pop-up windows from the bottom with a brief description of the news, by clicking on which the user moved to the area with advertising.
