How to remove regulated reporting in 1s 7.7?

Hello everyone. I can't seem to find articles and documentation about reg. reporting and in general about 1s 7.7.
There is a USN database, and the wrong regulated reporting was accidentally installed in it, and at least they worked with the database for 2 months after the update, now it is necessary to submit reports and in the regulated reporting section, it turned out that the update was not installed ..
1) Is it possible to delete it incorrectly established regulated reporting or not?
2) There is a backup copy of the database, but I can’t roll back, because they worked with this database for 2 months and it’s not clear what they did there ...

On another database, I can’t sleep. How to add an account (58.9) and an active sub-account (68.9) correctly?
1) Through a configurator to add or through the enterprises?
On a similar base, there are accounts 58.9 and 68.9, as I understood they were also added earlier .. Therefore, I added account 58.9 in the enterprise and everything seems to be ok, the settings are those that were on a similar base. Did I add it correctly or did I have to add it through the configurator?
