Is it possible to increase the contribution by editing other people's questions?

One of the users went through all my questions, making edits to them, but nothing changed in the body of the question and the title. Then I opened his account and saw that his contribution was twice as much as his answers ... So it became interesting that the "investment-amateurs" found a new hole and now they are exploiting it with might and main, or is there something else.

In addition to the title and text of the question, tags can change. Pay attention to how the set of tags for your questions has changed. At the moment, we are just reviewing the appropriateness of using individual tags and, in this regard, moderators can actively make changes to users' questions, while changing only the set of tags.
