Is it possible to include scripts from external sources in themeforest themes?

I want to try to upload the work there, but maybe someone knows for 100% whether such a connection is allowed, or should all scripts be in a folder?

there are rules, what's stopping you?
objectively - in a folder, but maybe all sorts of bootstrap / jquery is allowed
