Is it possible to implement the purchase of subscriptions through your billing system on IOS?

Is it currently possible to implement in-app purchases via credit card or other means? other than buying through itunes

I'm not 100 percent sure, but it seems like all in-app purchases must go through Apple systems

If it's an in-app purchase, only the appstore.
