On the site on the desktop, geolocation is determined correctly. On mobile (iPhone 5s) - no. Turned on W-Fi on the phone, after that it was determined correctly. I didn’t find it, how can I somehow configure it so that on devices without Wi-Fi enabled, geolocation would be determined correctly?

On a computer, it is more accurately determined not by the fact that it is a desktop, but because there is a wired provider, which has a more strictly tied IP issuance to the locality. But mobile is not. There, the output gate is determined, where the cellular operator connected to the terrestrial Internet. And a mobile phone can physically be located hundreds of kilometers away, or even in another region.
