How to fix error loading Google maps?

Hello, I'm loading the map via callback I'm getting a
&callback=initialize
gray map

If you turn on / off the chrome or firebug console, the map is loaded

. What could be the reason?

Thanks to everyone who responded, I will explain what could be the problem with this behavior. The map was in a block with display:none; Accordingly, the browser did not render the map. After opening the console, the viewport was changed and the new initialization function was called to redraw the map and it was displayed.
