Is it possible to implement an online store on Bitrix:Start?

Hello! There is a task, to write a small website for a very small business. The site should perform the functions of providing information about the company itself and the goods it sells and make it possible to buy these goods right there and order prompt delivery. Having considered the options, the first thing that came to mind was, of course, Bitrix. But I did not quite understand whether it is possible to organize this functionality on a starter license, the site states that the product catalog and store modules are not included in the delivery. Does this mean that in the normal form (discounts, pricing) this task cannot be performed on this license, or have I misunderstood something?

UPD. I am fully aware that Bitrix is a rather redundant solution for such a task, it is highly likely that I will choose an open framework, but still I need information about this development path

On the Start license, a full-fledged MI cannot be created. The delivery stupidly does not include the modules Trade catalog, Orders, Currencies, Deliveries, Payments, discounts, warehouses, balances ... and so on and so forth.
The store requires a minimum suitable license - Small Business.
However, on the Start license, small stores are completely made, all you need is a fantasy of using infoblocks and their properties. If there is no imagination and experience, then for such they came up with ready-made solutions based on the Start license:
