Is it possible to implement a Telegram bot in which the client answers questions and these answers are inserted into the form on the site?

There is a form on the site that automatically creates a deal in CRM, I want to write a bot so that the client can create an order through it. I don’t speak much languages, but I want to learn which one is better?

Just don't put it in a form. you need to send a POST request to the server in the right form with the right data
