Is it possible to host a home server on not very productive hardware?
I was interested in raspberry pi2, is it possible to deploy mini hosting on it for myself. I would like to host flask/django projects.

It all depends on the load and size of the project. For example, my home server plows on Intel Atom (provided that it holds a software raid).
no, it's too slow and not convenient,
it's easier to raise a virtual machine on a local computer.
