Is it possible to highlight the contours of the building on the map?

On the historymap.online website, the contours of buildings are highlighted, but this is done through an additional vector layer. Are there APIs that allow you to select the contours of buildings without having to manually set vector coordinates? Are there at least ready-made libraries with houses converted to vector?

It seems that only 2GIS offered data for analytics, and even then I'm not sure that it is the geometry of the building, and not a point with an address and other attributes. Neither Yandex nor Google sell the geometry of buildings. For Yandex in the extended license, this is only the ability to save and change the results of the API, and this is geocoding and routes.
As you can see, historymap.online has a geoserver on the frontend, which actually issues the geometry to the client, who does something with it, highlights it when hovering over it, for example.
OSM vector buildings are available . There is no ready-made and free API as you want. Deploy on your hardware, configure as you need, profit.

no. background - raster pictures. the selection of contours on it is a difficult task.
it is more efficient and smarter to overlay the vector data display with the desired drawing style. from the same data, a window with a text description of the contour is displayed.
