Is it possible to hide the file upload date to the site for the user?

I immediately apologize for the possible mismatch of tags, but I don’t know where to put the question.
In general, there is a site, a file is loaded on it in the admin panel and displayed on the page (a picture, a document is not the point). Each file has a modification date, which can be viewed on the client side by opening the devTools network tab, selecting a file, you can see a line in the last-modified headers.
Is it possible to hide this line for the user (for a scrambled user)? And ideally, the customer wants to change this date, according to the date of publication of the record.
