The guys are discussing the creation of ideal plates for heating toner, inventing an ideal iron. Is it impossible to heat something with radiation?

At the same time, if heating the textolite itself will probably be cooler, but I suggest directing the radiation to the circuit itself, which is immediately under the glass.
PS: Heating is easy to calculate by the voltage applied to the coils and the time of their heating. Heating will occur in 1 minute, toner sintering in 5-10 seconds! What's wrong?
