Is it possible to have a device (smartphone) without an OS, powered by another smartphone? (Full wireless touch display)?

Let's suppose that some manufacturer will release a device (#1) that will not have an operating system, but this device (#1), through wireless technology, will use another smartphone (#2), that is, everything you can do on a smartphone (#2), you can do the same on a device (#1). I would be happy to hear all the options that you can imagine. For example, a simple translation of the smartphone display (#2) to the device display (#1)
Is this possible or not?

Perhaps why not. Instead of transferring information from device to device, use a wireless channel. Only not WiFi / Bluetooth, but simply a fixed frequency + encoder / decoder. No OS is needed for this - everything is in the hardware.

Something you spammed with monotonous questions toaster. Already implemented? habrahabr.ru/company/medgadgets/blog/232857
And your questions are meaningless. In theory, this is not to say that it is VERY difficult, but without a fair amount of knowledge of electronics, it makes no sense to meddle.

what's the point in that? the closest analogy is a smart watch that takes INFORMATION from a smartphone, but they have an OS of course.
How will a device without an OS use wireless (yes, even wired) technologies? If only as a simple display =)

Is it possible to get a wireless touch screen?

In terms of hardware, it turns out to be an approximately full-fledged smartphone, except that communication modules for a cellular network are not needed, and the processor will be weak. The processor is needed for the software part, because the receive / transmit protocols are mainly implemented in software (of course, you can also use hardware, but then you need to be 99% sure and know that the algorithm is stable and does not contain jambs).

Purely theoretically and not for any smartphone, but it is quite possible to fix a donor OS, for example, Android with root, through an application on a smart phone and a device with an Atmega-type CPU and bluetooth with an LCD screen, I won’t say for speed and power consumption (it will eat a lot), but quite realizable.

One can ask purely for what purposes such a system is needed?
