Is it possible to get the first 100 feed posts without using an anchor?

I specify in the request (calculator and application) the count=100 parameter, however, I get only the first 10, and somewhere around 19 posts with an anchor at the end. When I substitute the anchor from the first request without changing the rest of the parameters, the next result gives 100 posts. How to get 100 posts with first request?

When requesting a shared feed, the first request may contain the requested number of records (if it does not exceed the set limits)
. But when requesting a personal feed (user or group), additional filtering restrictions are imposed on the first group. It is likely that these limits will be changed after some time, but at the moment the size of the first block cannot be guaranteed.
