How to send a picture from the site so that when you click on the picture, classmates come off and select a list of friends, tick off who to send the picture in the message.

I haven't worked with the API from OK for a long time... but what you described doesn't apply to api at all. If I understood correctly - you need special graphs:
open-graph
the rest of the logic is impossible - since it will require users to execute js code (against their will), and this is
cross-site scripting
and natively browsers will not allow this
API OK for ordinary mortals allows you to work only with your community. It is not possible to obtain rights to work with messages.
