Is it possible to get subscribers to a telegram channel by answering on a toaster?

I have a telegram channel, such a typical programmer blog. Not very interesting for everyone, but it may be useful for novice programmers to subscribe. The problem is that there are not enough subscribers now. I think how to attract the attention of the target audience. I tried to answer questions on the Toaster by adding a link to the telegram in the profile. People don't look. Added in the About me field (well, what would be displayed right under the name), also zero exhaust. What do you think, dead end or continue?

Of course not. Answers on the toaster are needed in order to
1. Promote the toaster and other TM projects
2. So that the answer can be easily googled later. And the answer in the telegram channel is not googled.
If you want to get promoted, write a good article on Habré, where you can also mention your channel.
If the article comes in, many beginners can come to you through the Google article on Habré - the channel.
