Is it possible to get into a US master's program with a low GPA but with 5 years of experience?

Hello, friends!

I will try to describe my background in the most concise form and what my plans are. Please correct me if I'm wrong somewhere.

I am 25 years old, I have a higher technical education (bachelor's degree, not IT, but engineering), I graduated in 2016.
In the school certificate GPA = ~ 3.9
There are a lot of triples in the university diploma

I realize that my laziness is to blame, but, to be honest, both at school and at the university, the exact sciences were very easy, but not about that.

There was a desire to enter the US Master's program in the field of Computer Science, and it is not without reason - I have been working as a developer for more than 5 years, I have a very interesting experience (high performance, big data, N years of experience with different programming languages), and for what year, I I myself study mathematics (I have been studying with tutors for several years), and I decided that it was time to "legitimize" this knowledge, having received a diploma in CS.

Background:
- there are several certificates from Oracle, Microsoft, Cisco
- 80% of the projects in the portfolio are interesting and unique
- there is a recommendation letter from all the companies in which I worked
- the ability to pay for my studies

Everything is fine with English, I started preparing for TOEFL / IELTS, and to SAT/GRE.

Questions:
1) What are the chances of getting into normal universities?
2) What are the chances of getting into normal universities with good TOEFL/IELTS results with SAT/GRE?
3) what are the chances to enter the same, for example, MIT/Berkley/Stanford, with good TOEFL/IELTS results with SAT/GRE, and, as you know, at "your" expense?

PS I'm going to start volunteering, how will the whole story with the
PSS pandemic go away theoretically, I can explain the reason for the low GPA.
PSSS is a confirmed level of knowledge by projects, contributorships, etc.

Maybe there is a certain algorithm of actions that needs to be followed?

I will be grateful to everyone!

Thank you!

50/50 chances: either get in or don't.
a high GPA has never been the only criterion for admission to a particular US university.
there are people with high GPA and tests who are turned away by good, but not very famous, universities, but at the same time they are accepted by Meath or Harvard. there are also examples to the contrary.
Universities look not only at the numbers, but also at the entrance essay (why do you consider yourself capable / worthy of studying at this particular university), and at your background.
and each university looks at it differently.
