Is it possible to get cache after BAN?

If automatic invalidation using BAN requests is used, can I somehow get the data from the cache and send it to the client for some requests?

For example, the list of users is cleared (ban) completely every time someone is updated or added there. I'm thinking of somehow making a fixed cache for this list, for example, for 1 minute.
