How to disable server-side caching?

Guys, help, caching is configured on the server. I can't figure out how to remove it. Already removed all plugins with a possible cache. In .htacces, I wrote a cache block to no avail. Here is the response:

not the fact that .htacces is being processed (especially if it is nginx),
look at the server configs and config includes (it also makes sense to reset the browser cache for the purity of the experiment).
