Is it possible to get back a directory removed from an svn repository?

Accidentally removed the branches branch from the repository using the RapidSVN GUI tool. Deleted NOT from the working copy (exactly what).
Is it possible to rollback to a previous revision?
I google, but it seems that there is nothing besides the merge, and what to merge with is not clear now. If you can point me in this direction, it would be great.
ps. I already slapped my hands, the utility does not work well, but after the console, when you see the tree with your eyes somehow more positively, I was seduced, in short.
pps "does not work well" this does not work well - it crashes when importing, for example. In this situation, I simply jumped from the just deleted directory not to the previous ones in the viewport, but to the branch directory, which is why the second click of the “delete” button deleted the entire branch.
