I live abroad and would like to know if it is possible for me to get a Russian esim number? Very often, to register on certain sites, they ask for a Russian phone number (for example, otus.ru). And any large communication provider does not allow you to register without a personal presence with documents. In view of the current state of affairs in the world, I do not intend to go to Russia this very second to get a SIM card.

Is this some kind of law in Russia that requires me to be present in front of the provider? Is there a sane company that can issue an esim number that connects to Pixel 3? (Of course, such a number should not work from Russia)
