Is it possible to get a part-time job as a 1C programmer for a pensioner?

Good afternoon!

My mother, a woman over 60 (looks 50 years old), intends to learn 1C programming. In Soviet times, she worked as a software engineer, wrote programs in Fortran. Later she wrote scripts for forex. That is, she has experience and programming abilities. She has worked as an accountant for the last 30 years. Now she is over 60, she is tired of accounting, but she doesn’t want to sit back yet, and in addition to accounting, she wants to learn how to program in 1C, pass exams and then monetize skills / certificates in some not very stressful way.

Does she have a chance and how? A 40-hour week at the office, even if they take her somewhere - obviously not for her, she will be tired. Therefore the questions are:
1) Are there any chances to get a half-day job on a small junior salary, for example, 30 thousand, preferably remotely? How willing are such people to take franchises, given that she will help them with certificates?

2) Are there now not quite legal, but once existing in antiquity, options to simply "surrender" certificates to the French and receive some kind of rent from the fact that they have a certified specialist, well, 5 thousand at least a month?

Thanks

I'm reading the comments and I'm confused. If your mother worked with 1s accounting, then it’s easier for her, while studying programming, to pass a certificate in accounting for a specialist consultant (this is purely knowledge of working in the program itself). Then to a specialist (this is already connected with programming). And take orders on sites like 1clancer.ru or fl-1c.ru . Or send resumes to franchisees. It is quite possible to get a job if there are certificates, even remotely.
P.S. I myself am a former programmer 1s.

1. For starters, there is worth doing training. Be able to back up your resume with a code.
2.

She has worked as an accountant for the last 30 years.

so she must know the need for accountants. And to engage in consulting accounting, in this area of knowledge of the code is not necessary. But it helps, the ability to write the processing of filling, a printed form.
3. If you want to code, sit down to remember your work (accounting), think about what a lot of manual labor was spent on and automate this process. The total will be an experience based on real practice.
Having all this, it will be possible to get a job well, or find a job for yourself. I think having come to the frank and showing their abilities, they will not care about age, having received a specialist to solve problems.

IMHO, I support my colleagues, at this age and with the latest experience, it is easier and more profitable to open an individual entrepreneur, recruit five or a dozen individual entrepreneurs, small firms and provide accounting services to them without leaving home. the sphere is much more popular than 1C programming, because. small business now prefers complex outsourcing as a whole, rather than hiring a separate account, an admin, 1 assistant and a couple of secretaries, as well as a cashier to give out a salary.
Well, programming skills here will help in the course of work slowly, without straining, file configurations to fit your needs

Read more about what 1s is and why it is needed at all.
Personally, I think that it is better to learn front-end (javascript css html) or back-end sites (node.js, php, django and so on) and work as a freelancer (remotely)
