Is it possible to get a job as a programmer abroad with triples?

At the institute, programming was very difficult all the time, plus everything was taught very badly ... as soon as I encountered difficulties solving problems, I abandoned it, and then started again and so constantly, as a result, I have half of the grades of four, five, but in programming - triples. Now I’m in my 5th year, I’ve already become more serious and got into programming, I’m trying to solve problems on my own, but I’m worried that my grades will be a hindrance when applying to a serious company, say, abroad.

Um, boy.
The thing is, no one cares about your grades. From the word at all. They don't even care about your diploma.
You will be given a test task, and even at home. If you do, and there is a minimum of * sheep code, or there is none at all, there will be a circle of hell with HR.
Especially when you consider that few universities in the CIS are catered for abroad.
Again. They don't care about your grades and diploma. It all depends on how you do the test task and so on.

"serious firm" even foreign, even in the next basement, don't give a shit about your grades. What matters to them is that you do your job well and on time.
Yes, keep in mind that in a "serious company" programmers do not solve problems, they create the necessary, important software. It's a significantly different story.

I have been working for many years. Changed several jobs. And for all these years, no one even took an interest in the presence of a diploma, not to mention the grades in it. Never! Everyone is interested in what you can do, not the presence of crusts.

Three in chemistry in the school certificate, entered the chemistry department. I didn't finish the university, I work as a programmer abroad. Good people don’t give a shit about assessments, real knowledge / skills and understanding are important.
Crusts, however, help to communicate with some bureaucratic organizations (for example, it will be much more difficult to get a blue card in Europe without a diploma). But inside, I repeat, no one looks.
