Is it possible to get a dump from a SmartCard using a regular reader?

I'm interested in one thing, how is the easiest way to get a ROM dump from SmartCart, I know that it has its own OS, RAM, etc.... that is, in fact, this is a full-fledged micro computer... Therefore, it has some kind of ROM in it somewhere which stores the 'logic of its work' itself. So it's very interesting to find out exactly how you can look / dump this data with only a regular reader / adapter for working with a card? Not 'scalping/opening' the card itself physically.

No way. Access to critical data from the outside is closed, only a couple of interfaces are put out that give typical data.
