Is it possible to generate reconciliation acts in Bitrix?

There are sites where in the personal account it is possible to form reconciliation acts for legal entities.
In the functionality of 1C and Bitrix, I have not seen this anywhere. Ability to synchronize only buyers, products prices and fields.
How is it possible to implement this? so that an act is formed upon request from the site?

Buy the "Site + CRM" edition or write your own integration with 1C and receive acts.
