Is it possible to force a certain file into the cache of an SSD drive?

An ssd with an M.2 interface has a pretty fast and capacious cache. Is there a way to force certain files to be kept there to speed up work with them?

No. What gets into the disk cache is decided by the disk itself.
If files are used frequently, they are cached in memory.
If not often, and at the same time there is not enough speed of the SSD, you can put it on a RAM disk.

fantasies from the area of \u200b\u200b"use NVME SSD as memory", you can search for discussions
, it's possible, some DBMS work on this, but these are not ordinary solutions
