Is it possible to flash an Android tablet without access to recovery mode?

Hello. Threw to see the tablet company Nomi Terra s. A teenager used it, played only games. At some point, it stopped loading, turns on before the logo appears and goes out again.
After reading a little about this problem, I suggested that I need to reset or flash it. The problem is that it can not be loaded into recovery mode (I tried different methods, I found exactly the video in which an identical tablet is loaded without problems).
What I wanted to ask: is there another way to flash if there is no access to this mode and the OP? Or is it already at the hardware level?

What processor is installed in the tablet?
If rockchip or MTK, then you can flash it with a special utility via a PC.
If on snapdragon, then you can try via fastboot.
