Is it possible to find the site owner?

Hello! The situation is this. There is a cinema. A long time ago we had our own website, but the management decided to abandon it. Just recently the site surfaced. Moreover, the information on the site is 7 years old. It's not that it somehow interferes with us, but it's already tired of explaining to everyone that we have not had anything to do with this site for a long time. All the more what-no impact on reputation.

Here is a link to the supposedly website of the Charlie cinema https://kinobratsk.ru/

They contacted the hoster and sent him to court. And with the court, you understand, you don’t really want to mess around now. Yes, and what to present in court ...

We just want to contact the owner and somehow agree.

yes, strange situation.
Maybe they just went in the wrong direction? Ask the hoster to leave a message to the site owner that he is wasting money and the site can be closed. If the hoster refuses, in principle, you can follow this path:

You have a legal entity, which means contacts, address - everything points to you.
In the comments to another answer, they wrote a phone number, perhaps this is really a more "light" way to start communication

Reg ru has pretty much everything intelligibly written about the complaint procedure, this procedure is suitable for most hosting in Russia, including for sweb.ru where the site is now hosted.

https://www.reg.ru/support/abuse/copyright
online application and duplication by mail
II. Attach the following documents and information to the complaint:
1) A scanned copy of the trademark certificate, if the complaint is filed in order to protect trademark rights.
2) Power of attorney for a representative, if the complaint is sent by a representative of the copyright holder.
3) If the complaint is sent by e-mail, provide the track number of the postal item (RPO number) with the complaint or notification and the documents attached to them, as well as an inventory of the attachment with the signature of the postal worker and the postal stamp
