Is it possible to find out the ID of the element of the highload-block, to which the property of the "Reference" type of the element of the infoblock refers?

There is a "Catalog" infoblock, it has a "Color" property of the "Reference" type, the property refers to the highload-block "Colors". There was such a situation that duplicates of elements with the same XML_ID were formed in this highload block. To understand which elements of the catalog refer to which of the duplicates, I tried to bypass them in a loop and use the CIBlockElement::GetList() method to get the value of the "Color" property. But the method does not return the value ID, it returns only XML_ID, which is the same for duplicates and therefore does not allow to distinguish one
