Is it possible to collect data on the actions of people who came to the instagram account through advertising implemented through facebook. Interested in data such as likes and subscriptions.
Example:
I spin ads through a Facebook business on Instagram and link to an Instagram account. I would like to know their further actions on Instagram - likes, subscriptions, comments.
Is there such a thing?

Hello. No, there are no such services and tools, unfortunately.
The thing is that so far it is impossible to mark users who have switched through advertising in any way. And in principle, instagram does not give such data even inside its application. And even more so, it will not be able to "glue" a user from FB and INST by actions.
Why did you set such a goal? Transition to Instagram.
Set a goal to visit the site and you will be able to track the actions of those who came from FB to the site
