Is it possible to find geogr. distribution of traffic on a third-party site?

Is it possible to find geogr. traffic distribution on a third-party site (what percentage of visitors are from which country, it is clear that this is a very rough estimate)? Alexa seems to give out the place of a site in a given region relative to other sites in the region, but the percentage of traffic from a particular region is not clear.

Advise paid (with reasonable prices) or free service with such functionality.

Alexa counts visitors with their plugin or toolbar. So it's not an indicator.
The only option is if the site uses public statistics and it is open.
