Is it possible to find an object in a photo with machine vision?

The point is this. There is a picture. Suppose that I threw it into Google Cloud Vision and it showed me what objects are present there. And I need it to select each object. Well, or just gave me the coordinates. Is there any service/library that can do this?

See "object detection network".
Perhaps - in the direction of SSD or Faster RCNN - but I'm too couch "specialist" :-)
