Is it possible to find an investor abroad for a Russian startup aimed at the local market?

If the main target audience of a startup is in Russia, is it worth looking for investors abroad and placing an application on foreign crowdfunding sites? What Russian platforms can compete with foreign ones?

The investor is interested in the payback of the project. Even on the moon.
There may be prejudice against investing in a Russian company, but the audience of the site will definitely not matter. Even vice versa. The Russian-speaking Internet is larger than, for example, the French-speaking one.
There will be fears of a scammer (among investors). For there are many options for a Russian company. Black bookkeeping, etc. I am in no way hinting at you. For example, I run a mega clean business. But you understand that they will judge not by us, but by the general business climate.
