Is it possible to export custom fields from Bitrix to 1C?

Bitrix has an additional (custom) field for users. I would like to unload the value of this field when exporting data to 1C. I go to the Store -> Settings -> Integration with 1C -> "Exchange Profiles" tab, but only standard user fields are available for uploading. Is it possible to somehow upload the values of additional user fields to 1C?
