Is it possible to enable Proxmox 5.1 nested virtualization without rebooting the server/stopping the VM?

Hello! It was necessary to raise a test virtual machine with KVM on board on one of the Proxmox nodes.
KVM swears at startup that

WARNING KVM acceleration not available, using 'qemu'

The error means that VT is not running on the system.
I found an instruction for Proxmox on how to allow virtual machines to run inside virtual machines: https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Nested_Virtualization...
Here is the most interesting point:
and reboot or reload the kernel modul
modprobe -r kvm_intel
modprobe kvm_intel

With reboot it is clear, I would not want to. I am worried about the question: at the time of unloading and loading the module, will virtual machines fall? The host processor type is used only in the test virtual machine with KVM (it can also be restarted), on the rest the type is "Default (kvm64)".

@Fixid

Virtualization support has always been enabled from BIOS
