Is it possible to eliminate the bookmarks built into processors?

Essay on philosophy on the topic of information security?
Tried to ask Google for keywords: hardware bookmarks in the processor ?
UPD KO suggests: On a certain processor of a certain architecture, FIG knows which bookmark cannot be detected in some way, but on another processor of a different architecture, another FIG knows which bookmark can be detected in another tricky way. It is possible to influence the bookmark developers in a way known to the developers, options are possible.
tuccar : You know, I read your questions... and they are either too philosophical or about nothing at all.
So. returning to the subject of conversation. Articles on this topic are really easy to find. In particular, to be remembered from relatively recent was an example of a bookmark in a random number generator for Intel processors. True, as far as I remember, the point was that this bookmark could not be detected by the tests built into the processor. That is, according to the chip itself, everything was OK, although it was not.
Naturally, it is wildly difficult to set such bookmarks and it makes sense only in isolated cases. And of course, such holes cannot be closed by software.
