Is it possible to edit the colors of some elements in Windows 10?

Everything is fine in the dark theme of dozens, except for the list mode, as in the screenshot below. I would like to make the horizontal separators dark gray so that they are barely visible against a dark background, and also darken the color of all inscriptions and captions, leaving only the file name with a contrasting white color. And now everything is white, it's hard to read such a list.
