Is it possible to download the application in different languages on Google Play, so that, for example, a user from Spain immediately downloads the application in Spanish?

That is, to make it so that you don’t have to choose a language at all?
And in this case, at the program level, is this solved due to several languages in the application, or for each language, you need to upload a separate application to google play (although in my opinion this is impossible)?
Then how is the problem of the application splash screen that we see at startup being solved? So, depending on how many languages I have in the application, how many illustrations of the main splash screen should I add to the application? But then the weight of the application will increase.
In general, I will be glad to any answers and advice.

Usually, automatic language switching in the application is done according to the current locale of the device. It is inconvenient to divide the application into several apk for different languages - what should the user do if he still wants the English version for himself? Or he downloaded the version while in England, but he himself is Russian-speaking and his device is Russian. As for the screensaver - yes, several screensavers are being made.
