You can save one song with the name saved using Ernesto Vk Tool (Chrome app), you can also save the entire list using SafeFromNet (Chrome app). SaveFromNet allows you to get a list of end links for each of the playlist files, then the list is loaded into DownloadMaster or Flashget and downloaded, but the files have names in the format "jh1jh2k3j.mp3". Some files have ID2\3 tags, but this applies only to a minority. It is possible to match the content against the database, then name the files based on the tags, but this will only work for foreign tracks.

What can be done? Maybe I don't know about some Ernesto-like app with bulk upload capability?

The solution was found by users who do not have a write account on Habré, but who wrote private messages to the mail.
A cumbersome but great plugin for VKontakte vkopt.net/download/ (do not forget to enable the option to normalize mp3 names in the settings)
The second solution is a small script, but we will talk about it later, maybe they will write a small article.
