Is it possible to download a photo from a photobank using the “image search” and use it?

I found a nice photo for the website logo on ShutterStock. It is, of course, watermarked. But I found this photo on some site in high resolution. So the question is: Can I freely use this photo or is there some kind of document proving that this photo was bought when buying? (Never bought yet)

If you bought this photo you will have supporting docks. Otherwise, it's theft. On the other hand, if the site is "for yourself", there may not be any problems. A large project, of course, cannot afford this, and if it can, then it risks.

Yes, but it would be illegal

If it is not specified that it is under one of the Creative Commons licenses, then it will be illegal.
