Is it possible to download a non-pirated Vista HP OEM?

Lord!
Recently, a friend brought a laptop on which the hard died and asked to fix it, they found a new screw, but bad luck, Vista completely suits her and it was she who stood on the laptop before. Accordingly, there is a CD-Key for the oem version of Vista HP, but there is no system image. Thinking that this is a trifling matter, I got on the Internet and climbed the torrents, I realized that it’s unrealistic to get this version of the OS in principle, and then I thought, is it not freely available anywhere? Let's say on the same Microsoft servers? After all, if the screw is lost, the system cannot be restored legally. Can you tell me where you can find the isoshnik of this system, preferably the oem version?

ru_windows_vista_with_sp2_x86_dvd_x15-36309.iso is what you need (90% sure that there is a choice of editions).

Why look for Home Premium?
In my opinion, the key on the belly of the laptop determines the edition of Vista. If you install whist from any official disk and drive in the serial number from the laptop, you get home premium.

And whatever you download, it will still be pirated

If no one has shared the iso for a specific laptop model, then there is a way to “restore a branded distribution”, which is described on a well-known forum board.
The essence of this "recovery" is to create an oeminfo file, add the laptop manufacturer's logo, wallpaper, screensaver =) And also add a certificate for activation.
True, all the charm of some recovery discs is lost - built-in drivers, some of their own programs for the laptop.
And let me quote about the license:
> Do not confuse the license for the product (OS) and the serial number.
> License is the right to use.
> Product Key (serial number, key), this is just an individual key for activation.
> Your license (right to use) is evidenced by the COA sticker on your computer, not the Product Key.
> It is not recommended to distribute the number from it in order to avoid blocking it.
> But even if it is blocked, it will not deprive you of the license (right) to use the product (operating system).

And you can not transfer the installation partition from the old screw?
In a similar situation with a Sony laptop, the service center created an installation partition for me on a new screw. Try contacting tech support with this issue.
