Is it possible to do without a proxy?

Is it possible to do without proxies (Squid, Traffic Inspector, etc.) and get detailed traffic reports using only Mikrotik? Are there any add-ons for Mikrotik to create traffic reports for each user?
*UPDATE: In principle, for now, an add-on is enough that can collect statistics and build reports on traffic, for example, by name within the network (FQDN or Netbios) or MAC address.

Mikrotik knows nothing about users.
Mikrotik does not integrate into AD or any other environment (IPA for example).
Mikrotik doesn't know what NETBIOS is.
Mikrotik knows only IP. I have not tried it myself, but if it is possible to take statistics in ipcad format, it will be possible to count by IP, ports, etc. You can't get full statistics without a normal proxy.

Yes, you can upload traffic data from Microtik via NetFlow (in Mikrotik it is called Traffic Flow) and use any accounting system compatible with Netflow. There is a lot of software that can receive Netflow and generate a log, incl. free, but out-of-the-box billing solutions like NetUP usually cost money.
