Good day! They made a task to transfer our guys to the web version of 1C. The question is whether it is possible to somehow balance the load on the web face as it is done on RDP? Tell me what to read is not difficult for anyone. About 160 users

You can install a reverse proxy with load distribution across different web servers, then you can install a server cluster with several physical working servers (a server license is needed for each). It will not be possible to distribute the load on the DBMS across different servers.
But in general, 160 users and on one server will work fine through the web client. And better - through the thin protocol HTTP
