Is it possible to display the domain controller and the master of roles and bring them back to the domain?

I changed the hard on the main WinSrv2008r2 domain controller, I was too lazy to transfer roles and remove them from the domain. I just turned it off, took a snapshot of the system on ssd and set up the boot. Kerberos glitches appeared, apparently growing from NetBios, although everything seems to be in order with the tables. Periodically, some clients cannot access the server share. On the MS website, it is advised to remove the server from the domain and start it again. Is it possible to do this on the primary domain controller without transferring fso rights, provided that there is a backup controller?

The standby server is not a role master. First, you transfer roles and make another server the main one, then remove it from the domain.
